There're quite many young, bright and ambitious bands in Finland nowadays. Is glam-rock coming back? – It seems so.
Naked is one of those bands. Their debut album called "This One Goes To Eleven" was just released on March 31. A week before Muff, the leader of the band, told us about Naked history, about the album, about plans and about dreams.
Ah, sure. There's another one new music style created in Finland – cock-rock.

Interview with Ilkka and Sami (Embraze)

The idea of this interview appeared long ago since there were really many things one could ask Embraze about. Interview with Jonne and Larry (Negative)

This conversation was our first acquaintance with Jonne Aaron and Larry Love – the members of a new band Negative. They were cute and touching fellows. The guys are still very sincere in the way they perceive the current situation: they still do not believe in their fame and they cannot really understand what is going on around. But they do like compliments.
When people meet for the first time, they usually introduce themselves that is why we asked the boys to begin with presenting themselves, their band and music. Now we know everything about emotional rock'n'roll ;)

Press-conference of Children of Bodom

Contrary to our expectations Children of Bodom appeared at the press-conference in time, in a good mood and all together. Angry "babies" proved to be sweet, adequate and very sociable. The press-conference was unexpectedly lively and interesting to both "fan"-journalists and the band members.

Interview with Jani was taken for Crimson Dawn by our friends Klio and Pascalle. According to them, Puppe was surprisingly shy, but quite talkative. Thanks to the girls we even have Burton's self-portrait drawings ;). Well, at least now we all know that Puppe is a nice, polite and honest man.

Interview with Jyrki (The 69 Eyes)

"At 7p that guy… what was his name… ah, that Finnish guy will call you", - I had been told at work. At 7pm sharp I heard a phone call.
I found out that it is possible to take a phone interview and that this kind of an interview can be pleasant too.
It was nice to hear how eager Jyrki was to visit Moscow in order to spend time at some crazy vampire parties. But don't forget your sunglasses! And Jyrki's speech about morning jogging is a masterpiece %).

Interview with Henri Sorvali (Moonsorrow)

It was our first e-mail interview for the young Crimson Dawn. Moonsorrow has always been a really dear band to us. That is why we were happy to get the permission of asking them a load of wacky questions via e-mail. Henry Sorvali was the one who found some time for us. Interview turned out rather informative. We were especially impressed by the graceful swearing in English *lol*. Read the interview - and you will know about true-Vikings a bit more.

Interview with Bazie (The 69 Eyes)
November 24, 2002.
Liekki, Helsinki

After almost a two-hours talk we had only one question to Bazie: "Are you sick'n'tired of us already?" His reply impressed us a lot. Bazie said this interview was not only interesting, but also quite important for him, because answering some questions set him thinking. Moreover, due to our questions he realized that now he views many things in a different way.
Still Bazie is a real rocker in the most positive meaning of the word. His youth was insane, his maturity is experienced and wise.

Interview with Jyrki (The 69 Eyes)

Jyrki in the blue-jeans clothes, with a black scarf and a stylish hat impressed us deeply. Besides, he struck us with the serious way of taking life. Only after the interview we realized that The 69 Eyes is a serious enterprise, as well as the concept we used to make fun of. We also noticed that Jyrki does not like jokes, especially jokes about him or the band. But… we have to admit, that Jyrki succeeded to persuade us: The 69 Eyes is cool and Paris Kills is a divine album.

Interview with Ville Valo and Mige (HIM)

It was obvious that this interview could not be perfect. First of all everybody was in a hurry, because the guys did not have much time. Secondly, I was not the only one who was trying to take a quick interview, two polish girls were there too. Thirdly, the interview was taken during the performance of Timo Rautiainen and Trio Niskalaukaus on the main stage. It was in the tour-bus that we tried to hide away from Timo and his growling, but still even on the tape Timo is heard much better than Ville and Mige taken together. Interview with Jussi69 (The 69 Eyes)

Jussi69 came to us wearing an unbuttoned black shirt and said "Hello, I'm Jussi". The only one thing I could reply is "I know you're Jussi". Well, I suppose he noticed my staring at his amazing body, because he buttoned his shirt up right away.
To interview Jussi69 is a pleasure. He is nice and friendly, talkative and attentive. Jussi answers your questions even before you ask them. And… Jussi told me everything about Ville Valo's kissing abilities :).

Press-conference of HIM

Weird animals on display, or the so-called “journalists” in a Zoo...
We never understood why Puppe and Gas had come there, since no questions were addressed to them. During the press-conference the so-called “journalists" were only eager to give HIM presents and to tell Ville how much they loved him.
Nevertheless, some questions and replies were curious enough and are worth reading.
